What do you do when it is 5 degrees, dark and snowing and you live in Alaska? Well, let us show you what we've come up with so far! We have at least 6 months to go until we begin to thaw out up here, so if you think of anything for us to do to amuse ourselves...we are always open to suggestions! Darren is teaching Megan early about his love for popsicles (he really misses Elli because the two of them can finish a box of Otter Pops in no time)! Then he decided to train Meggie up for the Alaskan bobsled team by speeding her through the house in a Huggies diaper box (yikes...thank goodness he padded her neck)! And Meggie and I tried to trick dad during a Sunday afternoon nap.....we dressed her up as a boy and handed her to dad....when he woke up enough to look at her he was a bit confused! Hey! "We can see Russia from our house!" Just hibernating away in Alaska......

see, now how funny it woulda been if you woulda hadda boy...after they're here - the other option just doesn't seem like it ever was a possibility ;-) Like Elise was always supposed to have her lil brother Cody the whole time, how did I even THINK I was gonna have another girl!.......It is kinda fun to see mini Megan in my Nathan hat "option" - even though God intended it to be used for her dolls the whole time! Lovin her hairstyle - usin some high volume mousse / or should I say, "moose"

Just beautiful here in Minnesota. Upper 60's low 70's. Great weather! Haha Props to you all, I could never live there.
